Three Hills Music Group, Inc. was founded in 2000, by owners Jimmy Tarbutton & Dale Duhl. In the beginning we had but one focus; to produce high quality Christian Music that would enhance the artist's careers. In the first year of operation we had signed 10 acts whose schedules represented over 1500 concerts annually. Our production skills have caught the eyes of both secular and Christian music and our recognition continues to grow daily. Because of our diverse backgrounds we have a broad view of the inner-workings of the music business. Therefore, we have the ability to assist our family of artists in developing successful careers. The company stands by the philosophy "expand your fan base and success is inevitable" . Three Hills Music Group has frequently been recognized for our outside the box style of operation. One such concept includes video marketing of all our artists, primarily because the potential audience is much larger in comparison to print and radio exposure alone.

The operation of our Christian Record label is all inclusive; we ship singles via our own radio compilation, track airplay, and develop innovative ways to get our roster of artist's recognition outside the normal Gospel Music arenas. Three Hills Music Group welcomes the opportunity to develop fresh talent within the Christian Music genre.

Bio of Company Founders : Dale Duhl & Jimmy Tarbutton

Dale Duhl

In the late 1970's Dale began his working career by becoming a Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 Company, were his developed his marketing skills in what would be later used in his current position. From their, he spent the 80's as both on-air personality and management in Country Music Radio where he earned recognition within the broadcast industry. When the early 1990's rolled around he was given the opportunity to become the General Manage of the Reach Satellite Network (Solid Gospel) in Nashville , the predecessor of the current Salem Radio Network. There he and the pioneer team develop several of the marketing concepts that are still in place today. With his moving to Nashville and working in Southern Gospel Music he became active in The Southern Gospel Music Guild the industry's trade organization, he has served on several committees during his involvement also held a 2 year stint their Secretary and even became the author of their "Inside Gospel Music" curriculum, that is used in educating up and coming Southern Gospel artists. After 3 years at RSN, Dale moved on and became A & R Director for the Eddie Crook Company. During his tenure he worked with many notable artists and was instrumental in all facets of the company, including video & audio productions, television shows and radio. After the sale of Chestnut Mound Music the publishing arm of the Eddie Crook, Dale decided to focus his efforts in that area and became employed by Cal IV Entertainment new owners of Chestnut Mound Music.

Once on-board Dale was presented with a variety of opportunities that broadened his knowledge of the Music Industry as a whole. As the 20 th Century was coming to a close, Dale's part-time business as co-owner of J & D Multimedia, Inc. was gaining momentum. By the year 2000 he a business partner Jimmy Tarbutton decided to officially launch Three Hills Music Group, Inc.

Today their company continues to see success as a legitimate Christian Record Label.
